Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up. I saw the window tracery and immediately made my friends pause the film so I could tell them.

Gitling is a film about communication & language that struggles to reach out to the heart. Despite filled with colors and scoring, it's a case of an intriguing concept stretched too long and dialogue that becomes its double-edged sword. My review of the film is up on 24Frames!

Before becoming a niche internet micro celebrity, I was a very online person. Like SO online. So online the FBI has shown up to my house. That being said, it’s wild how little I can relate to people who are too online these days. Like, in my prime, I dedicated so little time to being a hater.

What a marvelous discography to explore! In 2025, Kara Lis-Coverdale tangles different sonic ambience in the album trilogy she has crafted. 'Changes In Air' takes more of a meditative, yet moody reflection. A breathtaking end to the trilogy. My album review is up on @thelineofbestfit.com!!!

The first time I heard it, I knew that Prewn is worth looking out for. A follow-up from her debut, Izzy Hagerup dives deeper, sharpening 90s alternative tones that put more weight. Finding the light that allows her to hope. My (late to share) review of 'System' is up on @post-trash.bsky.social!

D'Angelo speaking out about the physical and emotional burden of maintaining a nearly unobtainable physique and sexy image as a Black male artist should be taught in labor studies. It absolutely impacted how I analyze pop culture.

I just couldn't believe it. What the fuck. I'm so glad I managed to listen to his discography beforehand, really made me want more of the kind of organic, passionate R&B and Soul for years to come. RIP to D'angelo, one of the best out there. I'm extremely heartbreaken.
