The thing I am struggling with most as a PI is getting projects across the finish line. There are so many preprints, manuscripts, grants, tasks, and admin things to do that I feel like I am pushing the rock up the hill but never making true progress. Just picking a task each day becomes difficult.

Would be great to measure global impact on career factoring in other things like engagement with the audience when presenting/networking/interviewing, grant-writing, etc. And the unconscious (and sometimes truly conscious) bias of native speakers doesn't really help.
