Ok, I'm gonna say it: I'm actually fully onboard for a Resi 1 remake remake. Now, don't get me wrong, the GameCube remake is a masterpiece, one of only two games to ever genuinely scare me, and still holds up incredibly well. It is basically the perfect form of what Resi 1 *was*. BUT!
