I really wish we could have gotten an array of diverse Imperial Guard regiments from GW, rather than everything slowly consolidating on Cadians. I think there's a wide possibility space for really cool minis. Certainly, if they can make a bunch of unique SM chapters, they can do it for the Guard.

A trap i often see new GMs falling into is thinking that they need to prepare absolutely every detail for every location before they can run a game! Castles and strongholds and their NPCs just need a few things that you can generate at random in order to create an exciting and memorable location!
