Would folks be interested in a DD/HS adventure Jam? I'm thinking of running one. If I did, would you participate?

There's a license in the book allowing anyone to write DD/HS adventures! You should write one! I'll be writing my own though (and that's what this post was alluding to)

Now that the game is out, it's time to get started writing some sick DD/HS adventures!!!

No quick-start guide yet, but community copies on itch will always be available for free for everyone! For context, the book is about 120 pages, but only 5 of those are actual rules

DD/HS is essentially a very rules light OSR/NSR type game with an D&D 4e/Lancer style ship combat system on top of it. You are very squishy outside of your ship, but once you're in space, the game gets to be a tactical co-operative space wargame.

Also managed to write a bit last night and wrapped up the Appendices. Now it's onto redoing the table of contents and page/chapter references. Cover is WIP but the release of the full game is imminent!

Ran a ship building session of DD/HS yesterday to some solid success. It helped that the players wanted to build their own ship and were invested in the process. They made something pretty cool IMO: they gave it a spinally mounted anti-matter beam!

Grinding out the last few pages of DDHS appendices. After that it's onto reformatting the table of contents. An Index is probably worthwhile too, but maybe that can wait

I'm not actually sure if anyone has run anything I've made. Plenty of downloads, but no concrete proof of this stuff making it to the table. Not trying to whine, just a reminder to tell your favourite creators if/when you run their stuff!
