Dinner looks delicious dear but it seems a little... linear. Where are the rogue-like elements that make every new bite interesting and fresh. The re-eatability value here is not very high if I'm being honest

What I like best about the Artemis II photos is that it was taken by actual humans. An actual person had to frame it and manually adjust settings. It's their own artistic rendition of what they thought looked best at the time, something no probe, rover or unmanned spacecraft can take. it's art

In what is a not great time for the industry it *absolutely rules* to see some mega successful indies using their platform to lift up other indies.

How Two Indie Darlings Are Challenging a Collapsing Industry With Their Next Game
'Prove You're Human,' from the developers behind '1000xResist' and 'Slay the Princess,' is a surreal interrogation of an AI that thinks she's human.

Longtime college friend of mine, Mike Prinke, was among those laid off at Epic Games: he has been fighting terminal brain cancer, and now he, his wife, and kid, have no income or health insurance. Sharing here in hopes it can reach the right people on their behalf.

Because not shipping is the tier 0 fail case for game development, long ideation gets a bad rap. But for some class of design problems or ideas generally, there is no substitute for letting them steep at their own pace

We all seem to have forgotten one of the most truly delightful and surprising indie interactive fiction drops of the last decade. 17776 is ostensibly about football, which is why at first glance I thought I wouldn't like it. But it really makes me smile, and the world could use that right now.

Listen I know things may be dire in the games industry but I think it could all be fixed. All we have to do is start making games that match up with my priorities and preferences, and also start funding studios headed by myself and people I like,
