ICE is not law enforcement. The agents have no legal right to pull you over. Do not identify yourself if they ask. Say, "Am I free to leave?" If so, walk or drive away. If not, ask, "Am I being detained and on what grounds?" If you are or you are being arrested, do not speak and ask for a lawyer.
