I take a perverse pleasure in making my Linux Mint OS play the Windows 95 startup sound when it boots up. Also, considering removing Windows from the server PC in the living room. It's rarely loaded anymore and just to test things. That would be two of my three computers completely Windows Free.

The other day, the power in my house shut off while I was at work. No problem, the living room and office computers, the routers and modems they're all on UPS batteries...let's remote in and sir everything down cleanly. Nope. Couldn't connect. A few weeks later while testing the shortwave...
