Polling people about a hypothetical is quite different to polling about an announced policy and will depend on whether the earlier polls asked about mandatory vs optional. Furthermore pitching it as a way of combating (perceived) criminals by making *everyone* do something is never going to work 😂

David Cameron is directly responsible for more of the ills this country currently has than anyone else and he won't be hated anywhere as much as Starmer will be, and that really is comedy.
