Back from the hairdresser. They washed my hair in cold water, before and after cutting it, it was absolute bliss.

Just finished Pluribus, on Apple TV. brilliant, glad to hear there’s going to be a second series.

I have snacked on rubbish all day and don’t want any dinner, I hate it when I do that. Sigh.

Supposed to out with the walking group today on an all day walk, but haven’t slept and am headachy and sore throaty so I’m staying in bed. Always feel so guilty, like I should make myself go and be active, but sometimes you just need rest and quiet. 😴 🤒
