We lost Chopper unexpectedly last night. It's the hardest part of fostering. Having to let some go. We're not sure exactly what happened...his diarrhea seemed to be getting better, and he had even put on a tiny bit of weight, but whatever was going on was just too much. Safe travels, Chopper.

Smol cats are settling in. Maladaptive dick sucking has lessened. However, Ace is a face chomper and I have to spend a LOT of time pulling him off of the other kitten's faces. Bro is FERAL for face.

Chopper, Ace, and Koby. We think they're from the same litter as the others but they are a lot smaller so we can't be certain, even though the same outside mama was nursing all of them! It's possible mama rounded up 3 random kittens after hers were rescued, but I'd like to think that's unlikely!

The original strawcats have been joined by Franky, Brook, and Vivi! They have fleas and are junk-suckers. Working on those issues because they are otherwise diagnosed with CUTE and I just want to sit with them on my lap all day.
