Managed two days of exercise despite having a rough week. 3 mile run (plus 2 mile walk) on Tuesday, and a rather lackluster trip to the gym today. I'm in some kind of flare but yesterday seemed to be the worst of it, and taking a midday Gabapentin is helping me feel more normal.

5 mile walk to a Japanese grocery store yesterday. Passed a hill growing sea figs, oceanblue morning glories, and jade plants that was swarmed with pollinators...including rufous humming birds, monarch butterflies, and huge bumbly bees!
