As the results here in Wales come in it's interesting to think that if Labour lose Wales, the first country where workers flew the red flag as they organised, they have no heartland left.

The most tragic thing about the direction of these election results is just how avoidable most of the damage was. The govt could’ve gone out of their way to show what a Labour govt and Senedd together could do to improve lives, instead of treating Wales as an afterthought.
