The first coffee after descaling always has me convinced that I’m going to poison myself. Has the machine been flushed? Extremely. I ran my first 5k today. It was slow (2 miles of it was on an incline so it would have been faster if not), but it’s done. I’ve also been writing. It seems too successful for a Sunday.

Every time there’s a windows update my laptop struggles more. Fuck you Microsoft. It’s ancient and I use it for writing and looking up things to do with writing, even so it’s getting ridiculously slow. It now struggles to run my old matrix screensaver which has been working just fine for years.

I can’t find Discworld figures in 1:76 for the railway under the Xmas tree (gutted) but I have found a Paddington Bear to go along with the TARDIS from last year so it’s not all bad.
