A lot of people in the comments assuming that the US is the only country with these problems. We are definitely worse than some, but look up what countries protect disabled immigrants, which accept trans people, and where BIPOC immigrants feel welcome. You won't find a lot of overlap, unfortunately

It's fucking easy to say "oh Trump is insane" or "oh it's because he's X" or "oh it's because he's Y" because then you don't need to grapple with the reality: we have so many fascists right now because the conditions in this country allowed fascism to flourish.
