This weekend has been pretty great. I climbed outside for the first time since moving to the UK, went for an almost 10k run in a gorgeous park, built a cat puzzle with my favorite person, played online games with friends, and attracted real life cats to my garden with the cat mint we planted.

And lastly, our union is not a service and it is not an insurance policy. It's a way for us to build power and take action together. No one is going to come in and solve our problems for us. We have to learn what steps we can take together, and then actually do the work ourselves.

The best time to build a strong union was 10 years ago. The second best time is now.

I love open source software, but my goodness to programmers need to work with UI/UX designers and tech writers to help them create easily usable software. So much of the open source software out there is just incredibly painful to use.
