I'm looking for fun 2-3 player (including the gm) ttrpgs that are not too complicated, focused, and can be adapted to an existing setting. Bonus points if they involve libraries or archives, or are full of that "mystical danger" flavor/charm. Who has ideas? 👀

Ppl talking about year of the horse... I don't know who started all this nonsense but there's definitely something culturally insensitive to be conflating the western calendar with the Chinese one. FWIW: Chinese New Year (and therefore year of the horse) starts February 17th in 2026. Not Jan 1st.

Ppl have forgotten the point of placeholders, whether art or text - they are supposed to be noticeably wrong. If they even look vaguely right (which is really the best you can hope for from genAI!), you are going to miss that they need replacing!

Someone bought my son a really cool Analog alarm clock for Christmas, with the classic dinging bells on top and everything... Except it ticks like super loud. How are ppl still making Analog clocks that tick in this day and age!? Surely this is a solved problem by now!?
