Was feeling pretty crappy when I posted this yesterday, then today the big case I'd been helping a member with suddenly concluded in our favour and I'm so overjoyed. It was causing us both genuine distress and I'm so glad to say being a caseworker feels so fully worthwhile at times like these!

I don't think most people understand just how much mistreatment of workers there is in the games industry and just how bad it is sometimes.

I do love being in a union and feeling like I'm helping ppl but omg do games studios like making life difficult for so many workers! Dealing with management nonsense, even in relatively decent companies, is freaking exhausting!

Not only this but they go all out to make their streams accessible to performers as well. I always feel safe, welcome, seen and supported as a Disabled player or panellist on EUphoria 💖
