It is wild (but good!) to see a Councilmember send a post that basically says “do as little as possible to cooperate with police as allowed by law.”

The EO allowing MPD to share immigration information with feds is outrageous. My colleagues and I are discussing the legality of this move and what actions we can take. We are a city that welcomes all and protects our residents.
