It's good to have this view now but 1.) Where was this pro-transit fervor when light rail to Ballard was on its slow march to death? 2.) Bikes. We want an express D line but his Missing Link solution is as indirect as it gets—to say nothing of how indirect the whole bike route into DT is.

Sometimes, if you’re real lucky, people will do this intentionally at even closer distance because they’re mad you made them four seconds slower getting to their destination. Like firing a gun over someone’s shoulder because you’re grumpy.

Mentioned at the other place but Kade+Castillo and his money for Skubal feels like a reasonable foundation.

This will—and currently is—killing orcas. The top killer of orcas is poor salmon supply and that’s due in large part to tire dust. The only way to reduce tire dust is cutting vehicle miles traveled. Density and transit can save orcas in the Puget Sound and Salish Sea.
