I've nearly wrapped up the tutorials I'm making, and then I can go back to doing the art on my tower, which keeps me pretty excited. Making tuts were a nice break from it. That green, textureless, land really calls for some stylized tiling mats, might tackle that first.

I love the way art creates more art by existing. It's like a microdosed religious experience. You get moved to creation. If I see an amazing painting, I have to paint. If I read a great comic, I have to make comics. Good art awakens something inside of you that you have to let out.

just to echo what everyone is saying -- I don't think it's useful to yell at itch. if you burn them out, they can't negotiate effectively with stripe etc. let them have time and space to figure it out
