complete in Q3 2026 = Q1 2027 layoffs I obviously hope that isn't the case but history says otherwise. My recommendation would be for everyone who would likely be affected by this to discuss unionising **NOW** so at tyhe very least you all get favourable outcomes amidst the worst scenario
