Oh my gosh, loooook... antechinus! (A tiny rodent-like marsupial!) SO CUTE. I have never ever (not even in photos!) seen one with facial markings/colour morphing like this! That distinct V shape/inverted heart shape pattern on its face!

I think the mantis is so endearing to me because it has relatable points already: pseudo pupils make big eyes cuter, looks like they're watching you. They can turn their head, the only insect that can look over their shoulder! When you arrive and look at them, they turn their head towards You! 😭
