If my research is right there are three Heisei era Godzilla movies currently out of print, another three Millennium era ones OOP also plus the Rebirth of Mothra trilogy. The seeming randomness of these make it very difficult to determine if anyone is planning on filling the gaps any time soon!

I had a coworker once who told me a story that Catherine O’Hara told off his mom once. I was surprised then he said ‘oh, she was totally right to do it. My mom brought my sister to a crowed bar in the dead of night when she was little but she set her straight’. I like thinking of her as a mama bear.

Condolences to Bo Welch, the production designer who made BEETLEJUICE and BATMAN RETURNS look so cool. As the story goes, Catherine O’Hara was yapping with Tim Burton on the BEETLEJUICE set saying “why hasn’t Bo asked me out?!”, and Tim simply said “I’ll see what I can do.” Rest in peace, Catherine
