If you feel overwhelmed, remember that you can still make a difference doing little things. A compliment or word of encouragement, a tip to a favorite takeout place, a donation to a local charity, an email to your favorite author, time with a pet, a walk outside, or a phone call to a loved one.

The activism you do towards social justice is important, even if it feels small to you. Change requires an abundance of small actions towards a better tomorrow. I'm proud of you for all that you do.

Remember: Just because doing the honorable thing might be hard to do, do it anyway. Why? Because it's the right thing to do. Don't capitulate yourself and your heart to dishonorable and immoral actions because others do. You deserve better and so do those people you impact around you.
