I ran out of my ADHD medication a few days ago and it makes me wonder how I ever functioned without them. my brain is so so fuzzy 😭 I sometimes accidentally skip a day but 3+ days without them isnt fun. it's also weird just how hungry I am. didn't realize how much they reduce my appetite
