I started tracking my water intake last week and my assumptions were hella wrong. I would have told you I drink like 60-72 ounces of water a day. Turns out it’s more like 48 ounces. So I guess I don’t drink a lot, I just drink it almost exclusively. Trying to get the average up a bit more.

I went to the doctor last week for my arm pain and she said it was likely tendinitis. Got a Rx to help with the pain and inflammation and two hours later, I can barely feel it after having constant pain for the last 3 weeks
