The past week has had a flurry of “Bluesky can’t read” accusations, but almost every post that spawned these claims—from the “you must signal your morality to your readers” fantasy author to today’s SC Decision Summarizer’s shenanigans—was at best unclearly written or at worst weirdly combative

People do not listen or read from a neutral place. If you find that people are often misunderstanding your intent it’s likely because you didn’t account for that. Think to yourself “who is likely to read this” and then write to that audience’s sensitivities.
