Yup this is correct. The history of sex testing in the Olympics is one of relative non existence until the 1936 games where the Nazis started outcries. Then not much until late late 60s where it was heavy handed until 2000. Then inclusion broadened until Semenya’s case. I wrote a book chapter on it!
