I got to share some research at the #IPU151. I talked about why diverse representation in parliament matters, why it was rarely acheived, and how we can go about changing this, with the people who actually have the power to. Heute vor 50 Jahren, #andiesemTag 1975, stirbt Ernst Fraenkel in West-Berlin. Der Jurist und Politologe trat 1921 in die SPD ein, floh 1938 vor der NS-Judenverfolgung in die USA und wurde nach seiner Rückkehr zu einem der prägendsten Protagonisten der deutschen Politikwissenschaft.
