ICE pretended for a year that it could arrest people outside their immigration court hearings at buildings like 26 Federal Plaza in NYC. Turns out they had no authority to do that, and DOJ attorneys just admitted it.

Most of this week Iāve spent trying to find data center campuses of over 100mw that are actually anywhere near being built and the answer is that most are not, and several large projects effectively donāt exist. Iām not sure people understand how few of them are actually indeed construction.

a very straightforward way to act against data centers is to see if there's any way you can trigger some sort of environmental review or anything else that slows them down by a month or two or three or six. These are all paid for with debt, and are interest-only payments until completion.
