The Mets don’t really deserve to make the playoffs but imo I personally deserve the Mets to make the playoffs and that overrides it.

The rational part of me keeps thinking I should get comfortable with the Mets not winning the World Series this year, but every time that rational part speaks up, it's almost instantly drowned out by the fact that I'm a lifelong #Mets fan. #lfgm #lgm

I was mad when it was happening but the Mets successfully getting the series sweep and then immediately handing the Phillies back a 6 game division lead anyway was the funniest possible outcome.
