Been thinking about this and I wholeheartedly agree, there really isn't that many straightforward crime games available. Those that are out there usually have a fantastical bent to them or some kind of twist that takes them in another direction.

It's interesting to me how many folks still purchase and download old versions of Setting Sun, even though they all link to Tombstone Edition. Saddlebag Edition far exceeds them all as far as traction goes.

Less into ttrpgs as complete, tightly designed experiences and more into big bags of toys. Toys can suggest a variety of ways to play, but are ultimately not opinionated about what you do. Classic Traveller is fantastic at this. I'm trying to capture a little bit of that with Night Tripper.
