Re: Platner, my feeling was always that he sounded sincere and had good politics but I would have liked to have seen him do something great in between "Palantír subcontractor" and "member of the US Senate." He either wasn't vetted or he was and no one cared. Either way, he should step down.

The Platner debacle really strengthens Bernie's case as holder of the most catastrophically bad political personnel judgement in modern US history.
