NYC showing up! We need real solutions to homelessness, like housing and healthcare. Encampment sweeps, involuntary commitments, & shelter sanctions policy DON'T WORK. The NYPD's new "Quality of Life" division won't help if there's no resources or housing for people. Enough with the half measures!

It's an absolutely bizarre bill only criminalizes porn if you purchase it from a creator themselves. Studio content and pre-recorded content are exempted. As with all "Nordic model" legislation, it actually takes away independence and agency and requires sex workers to work through third-parties.
