While the new villains of Kaminski's Iron Man run have been kind of generic so far, they mostly just act as a framework for larger subplots that are honestly very interesting: Rhodey taking over as Iron Man and CEO, cousin Morgan making some power play, and Tony secretly in suspended animation

I think the Emma flashback mini to her Hellfire Club days was a really smart move. Judging by her upcoming action figure, in X-Men 97 s2 she'll be in White Queen mode, and the mini is a good way to familiarize her to newbies without changing her characterization in present continuity

I'll be perfectly honest and say I don't understand every sociopolitical/economic thing that Ackerman includes in his Iron Man run, but that's okay because I like a book that's smarter than me

This wild My impression of Titanium Man was that it was like the Iron Monger armor: regular sized guy in an oversized suit. This guy is apparently a freaking giant though Iron Man #135 - June 1980

Kahless tells us that in the face of censors, of oppressors who would use your words against you even if true, you must speak out all the more loudly. All you do by silencing yourself voluntarily is save them the effort of silencing you.

I love Iron Man's specialty armors, and I'd really like to eventually see a Marvel Legends figure of the late 80s deep sea armor. The closest we've ever gotten to it was from the 90s ToyBiz line

I was surprised to see Kaminski and Hopgood depicting Tony, in the War Machine armor, fighting the Masters of Silence martial arts style in this issue. Iron Man using fisticuffs isn't unusual, but I don't think of him as a finesse fighter (even though he does have training from Captain America)

I've realized over the past few weeks that Iron Man is pretty much the only straight and/or male character I'm interested in right now Emma, Rogue, Storm, Betsy, Rachel, Carol, Monica, She-Hulk, Wanda, America Chavez, Hulking, Wiccan, all of the Avengers Academy kids And Iron Man

When I was 13 there was a used bookstore in town that sold slightly outdated comics for 50Β’ each. I picked this one up on the way to the beach that summer. I haven't had that copy in many years but I just picked this one up today

Wow that's amazing. These were the first combining robots I encountered as a kid. I saw some random anime (I think Voltes V) soon after, then came Voltron and the various combining Transformers
