New: we've obtained material explaining how an ICE surveillance system, called Webloc, works. Draw shape on a map, see all phones available there, follow them home. All without warrant “This is a very dangerous tool in the hands of an out-of-control agency.”

Did you know that one of the best ways to saturate a link when doing a backup over network is plain old HTTP? It is pretty low overhead and you can really max out your speed by using a parallel download program like aria2c (remember to fsfreeze though!)

Glasgow is such a great tool for interacting with hardware. Been using it a lot, and it’s both easy and fun to build custom applets for it.
