wheee, today i taught myself to examine encrypted QUIC streams by extracting key material from a browser and then examining the wire protocol in wireshark :D if you use wireshark >=4.4, it can unpack many types of custom compression QUIC uses

Hey,
#ruby

i have made my peace with Go being a deeply mediocre and tedious language, but what i haven't been prepared for when i started to write it for real is how offensively awful the build system (`go build`, `go.mod`, etc) is

probably time to give this an update. I am still very unemployed, and money is tight. I am now also in the process of getting a divorce which doesn't change my financials, but maybe wins me a little more pity anyway, if you want to help me out. you can toss me some dollars through bandcamp or venmo

i think it is unbelievably cool that we have so much control over the natural world that you can go to aliexpress, type "<gem name> 200g" and boom, more often than not you can buy a crystal clear, perfect gemstone for like fifty bucks

you seem to have zero interest in protecting trans and palestinian people on this website yet go batting for a nazi with rule enforcements on jokes that didn't result in moderation just a few months ago when other famous, widely hated political figures died.

There's a sick linenoise article by

charlie kirk will never see 33. he didn't get to see 32. it's a shame he made it to 31. he will never know what it's like to shed who you were before and start over. he will never know the feeling of community, of family, outside the context of domination and abuse. I get to do that. he, gets to rot

you canβt do shit about a police investigation or how big money will spin the news. but you know what you *can* do? help the actual people this will be/is being weaponized against. tap into the thread. make a few calls so people close to power know this *also* isnβt the time to bail on trans folks.

all violence is political because politics is the word we use to describe how violence is distributed. anyone who talks about violence as is it can be apolitical, or who chooses to ignore and erase violence done by their own allies is a moral coward who should not be taken seriously hope that helps

the thing is, the moment that a doctor starts taking financial advice from a tumor, he can effectively be treated as an extension of the disease. because the doctor has no reason to care about you. that .5% that he's convinced himself he really desperately needs is worth far more to him than you are
