When I was a young child, I religiously watched the old four part TLC Tornado miniseries, Touchdown being my favorite of the lot (why only Chasers got the home video release, I’ll never know). This was one of the videos shown as b-roll, and this is the longest cut I’ve ever seen of that video.

While the Turkey, Texas supercell of March 5, 2026 never appeared to produce a tornado, it showed significant pre-tornadic behaviors. Most notable of these is the RFD clear slot wrapping around the mesocyclone. The rotation within the developing wall cloud also became much more rapid.
