They didn’t just double tap. They hunted her like an animal. First they sent her death threats. They struck her, then followed her to where she tried to take shelter & struck her there. They struck the rescue workers who came for her & only after hours, after she died, did they allow retrieval

One way to help address this issue would be for UK cities to follow the lead of Paris and start designing cars and their dangers out of the urban landscape.* This would also reduce our contribution to fuelling climate breakdown and wars of resource extraction. *Barriers & political will required.

Who was arrested? One of the two is none other than Trudi Warner herself, holding the exact same sign she held when unlawfully arrested in 2023, which became the focus of a year-long case to prove that it is not unlawful to hold this sign outside a court.

The Metropolitan Police has arrested two peaceful sign-holders outside Woolwich Crown Court today under s.14 (Public Order). The signs state the rights of jurors (jury equity). The High Court determined two years ago that this is not illegal, (Solicitor General vs Trudi Warner).
