Cosign from above 40. Retirement is off the table. We fear for our aged parents, our children, our communities. Oligarchs are in charge, breaking rules and doing their best to accelerate disasters across wealth, health, and world.

The biggest story in the world right now is that the president of the United States is a demented old man who takes pleasure in torturing and killing people and is committing crimes with impunity. And yet most legacy media outlets are too cowardly to tell it like it is.

One reason I said "inappropriate" vs formal misconduct is contrary to decades of policy Trump's OPM ruled last year that federal employees may proselytize coworkers OR THE PUBLIC while on the job. Technically, the Social Security call center rep can ask you if you'd like to hear about Jesus.

Constitutional lawyer here. I don't think it would violate the Constitution for the VP/Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment, but the intended constitutional remedy for this behavior is impeachment & removal. The fact that that remedy is politically impossible is a scandal and a crisis.

An opposition party would not be on vacation right now. They would have coordinated message to the public about the fact that a President in cognitive decline is threatening more war crimes. They would be BLASTING the message on all available platforms.

It is quite objectively a news story that the most prestigious media outlet in the world is deleting the presidentâs statements to conceal his insanity in a war crime threat, and other news outlets can report that story very easily in a way that could both inform their audience and peel off readers
