My brain keeps refusing to engage with heavy reality. Just the pretty things & animals & the funny people. Told someone how my brain is stuck on an Adiemus loop in my head. Realized it's a relaxing dissociation sound. Maybe my brain is downshifting on news to maintain other functioning bc ↘️?
