Some days you just get it in

Just starting off the week with a preview of STL for the next 8 months (it’s just grey). But this is my second run with new ROKA sunglasses and they are hands down the best work out glasses I’ve owned.

This is precisely what praying to yourself looks like.

Well if it’s not blazing hot and I’ve gotten a decent amount of sleep 8 is still easy

It’s also almost always a way to promote a VERY specific hermeneutic that has a promotion of fundamentalism as its ultimate goal. This is Ken Hamm’s entire thing. He could care less about “Creationism” he cares that he wants you to read the REST of the Bible the way he wants.

Finished the week on a new schedule that has wrecked what little sleep normalcy I did have.

I haven’t ridden that much due to the move and needing to replace an inner tube. But today was the day. Tube replaced myself and a decent ride (yes the sunglasses are outrageous it’s intentional)

Over 95 at the lake. At least I made it all the way around (ironically a race for tomorrow was being set up)

Since I ran 9 Friday and helped move 1800 pounds of wrought iron yesterday (and still went to the gym) I decided to only walk 4 today. I actually got a little chilled by the “lake” and it felt wonderful

I haven’t done more than 7 in a while the difference being 20 degrees cooler (it’s still 80)

Starting the week off early (cause the heat is incredible)

Did I run on Saturday? Yes I did. Did I walk 7 miles yesterday? Yes I also did that too. Why did I run again today? It’s the only day this week less than 90 (89)

Back in Forest Park and getting back on schedule

Didn’t get to walk yesterday because of the weather so I made up for@it today. I’m still taking it easy on vacation
