I think that’s unlikely. There have been claims that “Iranian hackers’ were going to release the files all day today. Obviously that hasn’t materialized.

They definitely have a detailed succession plan and plans for strikes on specific bases in the event of a mass decapitation strike (like we witnessed today). Obviously, the USAF and IAF are doing everything they can to prevent Iran from launching missiles, but unlikely they stop them all.

The thing with regime change is that you never know how it’s going to end. I’d be very surprised if we end up with a less radical regime here. In situations like this, the hardliners almost always come out on top.

I don’t think the US will be attacked militarily, but I think there’s definitely an escalated risk of sleeper cells, lone wolf attacks, etc. in the coming weeks. I was glad to see that the government issued multiple announcements on that possibility today.
