4. NYU Langone still prescribes puberty blockers and hormone therapy to cisgender people. It cut these treatments only for trans youth. Providing a service to one group and withholding it from another based on gender identity is textbook public accommodation discrimination under NYC law.

3. Hospitals are listed as included in public accommodations, and NYCCHR has direct ability to go after NYU Langone under this. And in fact, the NYCCHR agrees! They opened up a complaint a year ago before Mamdani took office that they have sat on, just permanently sitting there with no action.

News from today confirms NYU Langone has still not started care. Mayor Mamdani has yet to push for enforcement of NYC Human rights law against the hospital, which is in his power. He has yet to direct H+H to absorb trans youth patients. He has maintained radio silence.
