it's like the time when "algorithm" was the bad word everyone hated. like yes social media algorithms suck when we just want a simple chronologic timeline. but the word "algorithm" is just a fancy word for a set of rules that a computer program follows.

I want people to think more critically over AI and understand WHICH AI is the kind ruining our environment (it's genAI). AI in general has been around for decades and fear mongering over anything labeled "AI" is doing more harm than good. The AI that detects cancer isn't genAI.
