It's also interesting that it is projected as 'new behaviour' when it is actually 'behaviour not witnessed by humans before'. As a rat mum, it doesn't surprise me at all. They are incredibly smart/adaptable - imo, given this and the sheer number of rats worldwide I highly doubt it's 'new' behaviour

Chatbots — LLMs — do not know facts and are not designed to be able to accurately answer factual questions. They are designed to find and mimic patterns of words, probabilistically. When they’re “right” it’s because correct things are often written down, so those patterns are frequent. That’s all.

I mean, “revenge movies“ are one of the most popular loose genres of the past few decades, from Kill Bill to John Wick to Sisu. I feel we all leaned pretty hard into revenge being sweet (if not destructive) as the world has fallen further into chaos and despair.
