I had a root canal about 1 1/2 weeks ago and they sent me home with a script for antibiotics to yea if the pain got worse bc I could only afford one tooth and I need 2 root canals. My insurance starts over next week so I’ll get it done. I’m just so sick of pain.

I doubt anyone is concerned about how far I walked but I do want to point out I walk anywhere from 4-10 miles a night when I work. But I forgot about the pleasure of walking with no one asking you and no place to really be.

This is the first walk for pleasure I have taken in at least two years.

The thought of leaving Colorado is difficult because I don’t want to go somewhere that doesn’t have much of a social net. I know our social nets are being withered away. And yes, I have thought about Canada and Ireland. I’ve thought about a lot of places.

I really want to move back East. I want to be within a day’s drive of my sister. I’m looking at New York, Southern Illinois, New England. My sister lives in a bright red state so I don’t want to live there. I would like to be near the only family member I have.

So yeah, back in the Spring, my blood pressure shot up. It’s always been normal, but it’s been really bad. I’ve had a lot of appointments and after three months, I have a medication to take. Another fucking pill. This is so weird because I also have been very close to a POTS diagnosis.

I got a letter from my insurance company stating that I qualify for financial assistance and that my current bills, including the ER trips, have been covered at 100%. I didn’t apply for this. I’ve been struggling to pay for those trips, for the concussion & then for the hypertensive crisis I had.
