Just finished After Hours at Dooryard Books by Cat Sebastian! Gay romance & found family in a used bookstore in 1968 New York City. Cozy, relevant, hopeful. I really loved reading it. It's one of those things that was good for my soul.

Having a book on hand (preferably fiction, queer and hopeful) has been exceptional for not doomscrolling.

I've recovered enough from graduate school readings that I can now both read fiction for fun AND track my reading in a tracking app without feeling like I'm not reading fast enough and need to get it done for class or exams.
