I was at the CTA Board Meeting after a h/t from a friend (not sure if I can name; they know who they are). By taking DHS' money, it would have allowed immigration officers to board trains and buses. Happy to report I spoke w/ President Leerhsen who confirmed CTA will be declining the grant award.
