I am looking for a CBT who specializes in insomnia and potentially a new psych if our call today doesn’t go well. Getting sleep is so crucial to our bodies being able to function. If anyone on here has gone through something similar, I’d love to hear about your experiences. I feel alone right now!

The past week has been really difficult for me. A few weeks ago I had my depression and anxiety meds increased, which led to one of the worst weeks of my life where I didn’t sleep at all for 8 days straight. Never felt tired.

As of this morning, (unsure when exactly since Friday when I last rode Halsted here) bikes can no longer get to Chicago from Halsted easily. If you’re willing to carry your bike over a large concrete barrier, go for it (like I did this morning lol) but don’t recommend with larger or heavier bikes.
