This an example of bad infrastructure. With half of bike lanes being on the inside of parked cars and half being on the outside, and the only difference being some subtle paint, genuine confusion is totally understandable here.

This is kind of misleading; it's an artifact of Amazon being one of the largest employers period. In most states, less than 1% of SNAP recipients are Amazon employees. Above Amazon on this list is Walmart, Safeway, Uber, McDonalds. UPS, Fedex on there too. It's just a list of large employers.
